In order to facilitate refunds on the Eventmaster platform, you will need to have funds available in your Stripe account.
Please Note: You should not refund directly from Stripe as this will not reach the customers bank account.
Step 1:
Go to Balances and “Set your minimum balance”
Under bank accounts and currencies, scroll down to Minimum balance, slide the control across to enable and then type your minimum balance amount underneath.
