CHALLENGE
Multiple Community Games committees on the Eventmaster platform needed an intuitive booking system as participants pay one fee but can opt to take part in multiple events. This can often be linked with discounts for multiple entries etc and events taking place on multiple dates.
RESULTS
Event templates for Community Games events were set up and easily duplicated/customised for recurring years. Volunteer teams administration drastically reduced with all participation information being easily accessible online and increased registrations coming through these channels.
