There are a range of features that allow you to control the sale of additional purchases on your event, including maximum purchase settings and additional purchase ownership.
You can customise the confirmation email your customers receive when they book. By default this email will contain the event date, order number and link to their tickets. However, you can opt to add in additional information by following the steps below.
The order form is one of the most important part of the booking process as regardless of
the event type all events must have an order form to collect personal data
