If you are looking to cut off sales once a particular number of tickets has been sold, you can do this in the Dates section of the event editor. Additionally, if you have multiple timeslots on an event, you can control which tickets are listed under each one by clicking on Advanced, next to the set quantity.

You can customise the confirmation email your customers receive when they book. By default this email will contain the event date, order number and link to their tickets. However, you can opt to add in additional information by following the steps below.
You can now customise the event reminder your participants receive in the leadup to your event. This gives the participant easy access to their tickets and gives you the option to add in important messages and reminders.
