If you are looking to cut off sales once a particular number of tickets has been sold, you can do this in the Dates section of the event editor. Additionally, if you have multiple timeslots on an event, you can control which tickets are listed under each one by clicking on Advanced, next to the set quantity.
No need to recreate the wheel, once you’ve perfected your event set up, you can easily duplicate this.
During the Covid-19 pandemic several of our event organisers switched their events to a virtual capacity. In order for this model to work well we created a new module to allow users after they had registered for an event and completed the respective virtual distance to upload a time in the ‘Manage My Booking’ portal.

The order form is one of the most important part of the booking process as regardless of
the event type all events must have an order form to collect personal data
At the top of the order for you have a selection of 2 options:
Customisable form per ORDER
Customisable form per TICKET
The ticket type setup has a basic and advanced section. The ticket types are used in
determining the ticket value/fees/quantities etc. They are probably one of the more important
parts of the event setup as they have the greatest impact on the overall e-commerce
transaction.
The second section of the event editor relates to the date that an event will take places.
For the most part events have 1 what we will refer to as “timeslot” – this means that the
event has 1 date and 1 start and finish time.

After you have completed the basics of Step 1 of the event setup process you can progress to the advanced settings. In the advanced section you have several different event settings. Some of these don’t need to be changed/configured and others will need to be changed from one event to the next.
This part of the setup has a lot of different elements and configuration options. For the most part the setup in this part is basic and a lot of the elements being used in this editor are quite advanced and not used by a lot of promoters.
