Tickets Section

The ticket type setup has a basic and advanced section. The ticket types are used in
determining the ticket value/fees/quantities etc. They are probably one of the more important
parts of the event setup as they have the greatest impact on the overall e-commerce
transaction.

Dates Section

The second section of the event editor relates to the date that an event will take places.
For the most part events have 1 what we will refer to as “timeslot” – this means that the
event has 1 date and 1 start and finish time.

After you have completed the basics of Step 1 of the event setup process you can progress to the advanced settings. In the advanced section you have several different event settings. Some of these don’t need to be changed/configured and others will need to be changed from one event to the next.
